Everyone has fears and some of our fears work for us. For example, fear is a common feeling if we get chased by a lion or the fear of death- these fears help us survive. But what about other fears that hold us back and keep us from achieving our goals? Though some of our fears serve us, some of our fears hold us back, so what can we do to make our fears work for us?
