Subject: 3 Techniques to increase the number of patients you serve
Body Text:
Dear [Dentist or Practice name]
I know you are busy trying to increase the number of patients visiting your office each day so I thought a few tips would be helpful. You already have a great dental practice and service, so now it is time for social media management and blogging to get those numbers up.
Most people who start doing social media don’t know what to post on social media so I included 3 techniques to get you started for creating great content. But first, here are some statistics you might find interesting about businesses on the internet –
Social Media and Blogging are proven methods to get more patients
Social Media:
- 64% of Twitter users and 51% of Facebook users are more likely to purchase the products or services from the businesses they follow on social media.
- 77% companies reported getting new customers from social media
Blogging:
- 46% of people read blogs more than once a day.
- 79% of companies that have a blog report a positive ROI for inbound marketing in 2013
Use these 3 techniques:
Like I promised, here are the three techniques you can use today to start creating quality content for your followers. One other great thing about these techniques is that they not only great techniques for creating quality content for you followers, but it also helps create a following.
- Create Quality Content
When you share information that patients care about, they will be more likely to comment or share your post with their entire network of followers. Ex: Blog about the benefits of Invisalign or tweeting about specials
- Listen
Take the time to read and respond to comments in a heartfelt but professional way. By listening to patients, you show them that you care about them, and it helps them feel more confident about working with you. The more confident someone feels about the service they receive, the more likely they will refer that service to their friends and family.
- Be consistent and frequent
82% of marketers who blog daily acquired a customer using their blog, as opposed to 57% of marketers who blog monthly –which, by itself is still an impressive result. However, from these statistics you can see that the frequency changes the likelihood of acquiring new customers dramatically.
