When you share information that patients care about, they will be more likely to comment or share your post with their entire network of followers. Ex: Blog about the benefits of Invisalign or tweeting about specials

  1. Listen

Take the time to read and respond to comments in a heartfelt but professional way. By listening to patients, you show them that you care about them, and it helps them feel more confident about working with you. The more confident someone feels about the service they receive, the more likely they will refer that service to their friends and family.

  1. Be consistent and frequent

82% of marketers who blog daily acquired a customer using their blog, as opposed to 57% of marketers who blog monthly –which, by itself is still an impressive result. However, from these statistics you can see that the frequency changes the likelihood of acquiring new customers dramatically.
